How Does The Reward Points Work?

You must be a registered member to enjoy the reward point.

For every RM1 you spend with us, you will be awarded 1 point.
Eg: RM80.90 = 81 points

【MAO-FAMILY Terms & Conditions】

General
a)The MAOUP Membership Program (MAO-FAMILY) is a loyalty program owned and operated by MAOUP Malaysia (“Company”).
Membership
a) The MAOUP Membership Program is open to all residents of Malaysia and Singapore and shall be aged 18 years or older.

b) Membership points and privileges are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, non-designated products or non-designated rewards. The Members may only use them for purposes outlined in the Program.

c) All Members are subject to the terms and conditions of the Program, which may be changed, revised, suspended, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice by the Company.

d) By default, old members will be enrolled in the MAOUP Membership Program.
Accumulation of Points and Validity
a) Points accumulation shall be effective from and includes the points from the first purchase.

b) ONE (1) Membership point will be awarded for every RM 1.00 spent in a single transaction.

c) Points earned will be based on the total rounded amount purchased in a single transaction.

d) Points will be given within 2-3 working days after goods are received, and points accumulated are lifetime long with no expiry date.

e) Points are earned and accumulated strictly by purchasing products on www.maoup.com.my website.

f) MAOUP Membership Program is available in 3 tiers:

(1) MAO-Member: Upon registration of membership program.

(2) MAO-Kawan: RM 500 accumulative spent in 3 separate orders within a year.

(3) MAO-Boss: RM 1,900 accumulative spent in 3 orders within a year.

g) The tier list will be updated every 1st week of the following month to track member spending.

h) To maintain your membership tier, you must spend according to the above mentioned tier list within the calendar year. You will be downgraded in the following year if you do not meet the individual tier requirements.
Online Redemption
a) Online tracking of points is available at https://www.maoup.com.my/account-reward.

b) Members may use points collected to redeem for relative rewards provided at https://maoup.com.my/member-rewards. The prizes may be limited in supply and will be rewarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

c) Redemption shall be made during checkout to redeem the designated reward with available points.

d) Shipping fee for the redemption is bear by the Member.

e) The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with another product of similar value in the event of unavailability without prior notice to the Members.
Members Benefits
a) Lifetime Membership - Free lifetime membership.

b) Points Collection - Collect points for the product redemption program

c) Exclusive Vouchers - Members will receive exclusive vouchers during the special event

d) Birthday Gift - “Boss” tier members can receive a Birthday Voucher during their birthday month.

e) MAOUP Day - Members are entitled to a free shipping voucher worth RM5 during MAOUP Day.
Privacy Policy
a) By registering for The MAOUP Membership Program, the Member agrees that the Company may collect, record, hold, store, use, deal and/or process the Member’s personal information for the purpose contemplated herein and after.
